北京青年国际文化艺术协会是法人社团，它致力于国际间的文化艺术交流，分享不同区域国家的文化艺术价值、旨在当下文化艺术的创新与体验。
同时北京青年国际文化艺术协会是公共服务平台，它将提供社会群体之间的有效沟通与探索、帮助具有创新实践能力的社会服务性自发团体的建设和服务。为更好的发挥社会服务功能，增进北京青年国际文化艺术协会与公众的沟通，让更多的群体关注与了解北京青年国际文化艺术协会活动。特此，北京青年国际文化艺术协会正式发出志愿者邀请，以全方位的互动平台来接纳各位志愿者。
翻译志愿者：
职责：
1.准确将文件，手册，信件进行双语翻译；
2.协助完成相关资料，文件翻译和整理，中英双语，其他语种。
要求：
1.口语突出，良好的笔译能力；
2.有过NGO或志愿者工作经历优先；
3.工作时间，工作地点根据具体工作性质协调。
记者志愿者：
职责：
1.一周提供一篇文章及相关图片五张（1500字以内）；
2.可收集门户网站，相关邻域的媒体文章，要注明文章来源。
要求：
1.能力强，有良好的文字和写作功底；
2.认同NGO工作理念，勤恳踏实，域不限，可以坐班；
3.闻传播相关专业大学生及有记者工作经验者优先。
文字编辑志愿者：
职责：
1.完成稿件撰写，编辑，终审，修改和校对等够工作；
2.协助解决校对过程中出现的问题；
3.负责资料的整理分析工作。
要求：
1.具有较强的撰写文字能力，文字驾驭能力；
2.具有较高的职业素养，敬业精神及团队精神，善于沟通
3.具有中文相关专业本科以上学历；
网站管理志愿者：
职责：
1.负责局域网站的设计制作和维护工作；
2.每周至少两次对网页内容进行更新维护；
3.人员如有变动，前任管理员应无条件提供素材，源代码和网站管理密码；
要求：
1.熟练Windows和Linux操作系统，具备使用高级Windows和Linux平台；
2.了解wed数据库的基本原理，能够围绕wed数据库系统开展实施与管理。
3.熟练运用PS。
报名资格：
1.充满热情，热爱生活，热爱文化艺术，乐于表达，勇于奉献，有一定的语言表达 力，有团队合作精神；
2.能够定时定量地完成工作，了解有关文化艺术方面的常识性知识；
3.年龄在18岁---60岁，大专以上学历；
4.能够遵守本协会的各项规章制度；
5.长时间在北京生活，工作，学习的人士优先考虑。
保障和激励：
1.获得关于文化艺术展览、公共项目等方面的工作能力的专业培训；
2.工作日由协会提供的免费午餐；
3.工作满200小时的志愿者可向协会管理部门申请志愿者服务证明；
4.按累计工时领取相应的奖励，优秀的志愿者可以获得由协会管理部门出具的证 书。

Recruiting Volunteers
Brief Introduction of BYICAA:
Beijing Youth International Culture and Arts Association (BYICAA for short) is a
cooperation association who is dedicated to international exchange of cultural and arts
and sharing value of art and culture from different region and nation in order to boost
innovation and experience of present culture and arts.
BYICAA is also a public service platform, which provides opportunities for efficient
communication and exploration for social groups and helps with constructing of
spontaneous social service organizations who are of creativity and practice ability.
For playing better social service function, facilitating the communication between
BYICAA and young people in Beijing and letting more groups pay attention to and know
BYICAA, hereby, BYICAA sends a warm and sincere invitation to all who want to join as
volunteers. You will be given a wide-ranging interaction platform.
Translator volunteers
Responsibilities
1. Translate documents, manuals and letters accurately from foreign language to Chinese
or Chinese to foreign language;
2. Assist to complete the relevant documents, document translation and arrangement
which are in both Chinese and English or other languages.
Requirement
1. Outstanding oral English ability, excellent translating skill;
2. Experience of NGO or volunteers is preferred;
3. Work time and location are flexible depending on specific task.
Qualification
1. Full of passion, love life, enthusiastic for culture and arts, good at expressing himself or
herself, willing to help, good command of language, teamwork spirit;
Reporter volunteers
Responsibilities
1. Provide an article (no more than 1500 words) and 5 relevant photos each week;
2. Can collect articles from portals and media of relevant areas but the resource must be
specified.
Requirement
1. Capable, excellent ability of wording and writing ;
2. Agree with NGO’s work ideas, diligent and reliable. No specific location requirement and
you can work with us in office.
3. College students majoring in news media and experienced journalists are preferred.
Qualification
1. Full of passion, love life, enthusiastic for culture and arts, good at expressing himself or
herself, willing to help, good command of language, teamwork spirit;
2. Willing to take responsibility, can make given task finished before deadline, have
acquired elementary knowledge of culture and arts;
3. Age at 18 years old -60 years old, junior college above;
4. Willing to abide each item of BYICAA’s rules;
5. People who live, work or study in Beijing are preferred.
Support and Motivation
1. Get specialized work ability training on art and culture exhibition, public project and so on;
2. Free lunch offered by association at work day;
3. Volunteer service certificate can be applied form the manage department of association
once the work hour amounts to 200 hours.
