EducationUSA办公室通过举办各种公共活动为计划赴美求学的中国学生及家庭提供美国高等教育相关信息。
我们经常建议学生参加一些他们所感兴趣的志愿者活动，这也有助于他们申请美国大学。
暑假是学生参加公益活动的好时间。为此EducationUSA将在8月份组织一场志愿者及社区服务活动展，为学生提供中国当地志愿者活动的信息。

Extracurricular Activity and Community Service Fair
EducationUSA offers public programs to provide resources for Chinese students
applying to study in the United States. Chinese students and their parents often ask
EducationUSA advisers about activities and community service outside of school
that can be helpful for college admissions. We advise students to choose wisely and
to participate in something that match their interests.
Summer is a good time for students to explore options. Education USA is
organizing fairs in August to showcase volunteer opportunities for students in local
organizations.
Do your organization offer volunteer opportunities for students? Maybe you need
help periodically with special events? Maybe students can help with your online
resources?
Would your organization be interested in participating in the fairs and share
opportunities for high school or college students? The August fair will be on Aug. 5
(Saturday), 10 am to noon, at the Beijing American Center, U.S. Embassy, 55 An
Jia Lou Lu, Chaoyang District.
