99个帐篷，99个梦想-在场景的背后
八月的某一天工作室来的三位年过古稀客的客人进门后默默无语,其中一位中等身材的老人似乎用难以表叙的心理在感受每件作品,临走时高个的老人介绍中等身材老人说:“这是我们领导齿轮厂党委书记.(陌生的词)齿轮厂,艺术区现实的蒙太奇。
99个帐篷,99个梦想是《左右开工展》后的一个偶发。而这一个偶发并成一个巨大的想象。在9月22日绽放在左右艺术区,铸造出上千万齿轮的三千平方的厂房中。它像带刺的玫瑰将是艺术与现实的巨大隐喻。而这隐喻背后是当代艺术二十年的刻画,它形成了不同的场景,美术运动、美术思潮、圆明圆现象,行为艺术的争论以至于今天艺术区,艺术厂房、艺术梦想、更加重要的“艺术市场”。复杂的表演在二十年的场景掠过。成为不同的语境,不同的语境成为时代的象征,今天它是难以觉察的凝视。而这凝视在短短的三天里将有99位艺术家在共同的一个空间中,通过自身的在现场透视出艺术的灿烂。并实现艺术的梦想,生活的梦想。
在此以一本书名作为这篇不成文的序言的结尾。“幻想与生命”并对参加此次活动的每一位艺术家致以良好的祝愿。

“99 Tents, 99 Dreams” - behind the scenes
One day in August, three guests who were in their seventies, came to the workshop
and kept silent after entering the my artstudio. One of them, a medium sized old man,
was seemingly feeling all the works by heart with an indescribable emotion. When
they were leaving, the tallest elder introduced us the medium sized old man:”this is
the secretary of the party committee of our gear factory.” The gear factory (an
unfamiliar word) is the real Montage of the Art District.
“99 tents, 99 dreams” is a fortuitous idea after the “about to start exhibition” and
developed into a bold imagination. On September 22th, in the three thousand
square metres’ gear factory, “99 Tents, 99 Dreams” will be hold in the right and left
artistic district. Like a rose with thorns, it is a great metaphor between the art and
reality. Behind the metaphor is the 20 year’s scripture of modern art. “99 Tents, 99
Dreams” has various scenes, including the art movement, artistic trend of thought ,
Old Summer Palace phenomenon（Artists began to live and write around Old
Summer Palace in 90s）, the argument in behavior art, today’s Art District,
Artstudio(gear factory), Art dreams and more importantly, “Art Market”.Fantastic
and complicated performance will be presented in the front of these 20 year’s
scenes which constituted different contexts and different contexts became the
symbol of different times. Today those scenes attract people’s eyes but also fail
to be found. And in the short three days, 99 artists will stand in a same room with
the public and show us the beauty of art by themselves, so as to realize the dream
of art and the dream of life.
Here, allow me to end this preface with the name of a book: fantasy and life. Thanks
